Sale open to all breeds—Registered and Grade—Broke and Unbroken
All breeds of registered and grade horses accepted. Horses in the non cataloged portion of the sale are numbered on a first come, first serve basis and are sold in number order after the cataloged horses. Money will be held 4 days on all horses sold sound. Be sure the office has your current mailing address. We will not be excepting outside tack consignments Catalog will be limited to 125 horses.
Horse Sale Fees: 6% Commission 2.00 per hd. Yardage Fee 2.00 per hd. Brand Inspection 1.00 per hd. Vet Inspection NO ALLEY TRADING 3.00 per hd. Horse promotion fee for Colo. Residents 35.00 NO Sale fee per hd. 35.00 on Dock-In Fee on Non cataloged Horses 40.00 Catalog fee per hd. / required when consigning horse .10% of Gross Sale (Insurance)
ALL HORSES OUT OF STATE MUST HAVE A CURRENT COGGINS TEST. Notice: ALL horses participating in our auction are recommended to have a current Coggins test. Includes colts, riding, and loose horses. *ALL Sellers must provide PROOF of ownership, including current registration papers, and bill of sale. *All owners with horses consigned in cataloged and non cataloged sale must report to office to check in NO EXCEPTIONS. |

For our spring auction on Saturday, April 24, 2010, we had another very successful auction. With our selling percent again 80%. We placed 108 horses with new owners , with the average of the top 32 head over $1800.00. There were 61 consignors and 136 registered buyers from five different states. |

Horses not in the catalog require $ 35.00 deposit before unloading. Deposit will be credited toward commission fee. However there will be no refunds. Catalogs can be found on website when available.
